Terms and Conditions

Iterium is an AI-assisted automation platform: at its core, an autonomous Scrum Master for software teams connecting to Slack, Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and Figma, plus additional modules ("Add-ons") that automate specific roles on a software team. Iterium also offers an Add-on catalog for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that aren't software teams (customer care, sales, hiring, inventory, collections, and local marketing), where the agent drafts and prepares content for a person to review and send.

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to contract. If you use Iterium on behalf of a company, you represent you're authorized to bind it to these terms. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Current prices are published at iterium.xyz/#precios. Starter is free; Team bills annually per user; Enterprise is custom-quoted. Add-ons bill separately per the tier shown on each module.

• You can cancel anytime from the Dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We don't refund partially-used billing periods unless applicable law requires it.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.

You may not use Iterium to:

• Generate, request, or distribute illegal, defamatory content, or content infringing on third-party rights.
• Clone, mimic, or digitally impersonate a real person's voice or likeness without their consent — expressly prohibited under Article 118 of Mexico's Federal Copyright Law (as amended by the decree published May 14, 2026), and blocked by design in Iterium: we don't offer voice cloning or real-person image generation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Deliberately overload the service's infrastructure (mass scraping, denial-of-service attacks).
• Use another person's or organization's credentials without authorization.

Iterium and its underlying technology belong to Quantika, a trade name currently in the process of formal incorporation, run by its founders. You keep ownership of your data and of the content you connect or generate through the platform (tickets, docs, code).

AI-generated content (user stories, summaries, copy drafts, etc.) is delivered to you as a draft for your review — you're responsible for verifying it before using, publishing, or acting on it. Iterium doesn't claim copyright over content generated for you.

Connecting Slack, Jira, GitHub, Confluence, or Figma authorizes us to access those platforms on your behalf, within the scope you configure. We're not responsible for the availability, changes, or outages of those third-party platforms.

Every message generated by Iterium's agent identifies itself as AI-generated, in the Terminal and in Slack alike. You're responsible for how you use generated content, including reviewing it before any external publication.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iterium is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or specific results. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is capped at what you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental damages, or lost profits.

You can cancel your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with prior notice when reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via your account email or a notice inside the Dashboard.

As with the Privacy Notice, we'll update Sections 5 and 10 with Quantika's real registered name, tax ID, legal address, and final jurisdiction once its incorporation process concludes.
